Is there any market for a Commodore brand 1200 baud modem? Checking before I have this recycled.
I still have my old Practical Peripherals 1200 baud modem that I used with my Apple //c, but only on a plate easel sitting on a shelf on my desk.

Had to get some springs from a hardware store and clip them to replace missing ones from the C64C keyboard I picked up.
Thing seems to be working, and it came with a monitor. Worried about if the sound is working or not.
Also the last owner smoked. Going to be using a lot of cleaner on this one.

In the late '90s and early 2000s, I saw that mainstream folks were only vaguely aware of anime as "big-eyed cartoons from Japan" with "porn" periodically tossed in. They didn't mock you for liking it unless you made it a constant part of your personality.
