Someone could actually write an email with nice things to say about my writing and I would miss it because of the volume of spam landing about reading groups and book clubs and Amazon profiles… have to say though, the LLMs that they use are getting better at telling me what my own book is about…

The railway bridge in Riga is perhaps best observed at night when it is illuminated against the Baltic skies. But we think this fine city is well worth a stopover, especially if you are travelling on Route 32 in our book…

I agree with all of this. She’s a brilliant rider who doesn’t always get the results he bravery deserves… and “insane Leeroy Jenkins riding style” is both true and hilarious :-)
Niewiadoma is the ideal athlete to root for from a narrative perspective. Always at the front, aggressive to a fault, and after racking up frustrating third-place finishes all year her insane Leeroy Jenkins riding style only works at the Tour de France

I agree with all of this. She’s a brilliant rider who doesn’t always get the results he bravery deserves… and “insane Leeroy Jenkins riding style” is both true and hilarious :-)
That was epic. An incredibly brave ride up Ventoux by one of the most likable riders in the peloton… and unbelievably she not only won the stage but rode into the yellow jersey. Chapeau Kasia!

Watching Tours dominated by Indurain, Armstrong and Froome often felt a little underwhelming, but the saving grace of Podgačar is that he’s a racer and he does exciting stuff he doesn’t need to do. The closest sportsperson I can think of is Ronnie O’Sullivan.
