FFXIVWrite 2026 thread! And how about we make a new organizational tag, while we're at it? #Iverwrite
Here's to kicking perfectionism in the ass, and also embracing brevity over 5-10k words of fic every fic.

Got quite inebriated during a game sesh with some friends, and I just spent the last hour while high off my gourd writing headcanons involving masturbation. I've come to realize this is one of those things that's easily overlooked but honestly says a lot about the character

I wrote another oneshot, this time it's something to go along with the prequel fic! You can read it totally standalone though if you want

Iverelle's sister, Lacionne, is the only one she has any contact with. Hearing about Ysayle, Lacionne knew she would've liked her quite a bit, and feels great remorse knowing she'll never meet her.

For a longer time than you might expect, Y'shtola actually believed that Iverelle was a talented Summoner, and had even planned to ask her about arcanima.
Then, during Titan Arc, she watched Iverelle blow up her carbuncle. Just... Fucked it up so badly. Didn't summon Ifrit-Egi, just blew it up.

#WoLQotD What is a core memory the Scions, or one Scion in particular, has of your WoL?

Myste: In your darkest hour, in the blackest of night… think of me, and I will be with you. Always. For where else would I go? Who else could I love but you?

Iverelle is 100% indulging in her urges and rolling a slayer/alchemist. Everybody is terrified she's going to be power gaming, only for her to be a very engaged role player who uses her extremely powerful combat build to help facilitate fun.

It's D&D/Pathfinder/TTRPG night at the Rising Stones! What kind of character has your WoL/OC rolled up and how do they play at the table?

Dragoon to 100... 2 more combat jobs to go and then it's just sludging through crafters/gatherers... And then I'm free.
I will get this done before evercold. I HAVE to.

Iverelle's quite tall for an Elezen especially for a femelezen! She's actually 6'10, which is the max height for a melezen, which means she towers over a good 70% of the people she sees.
Deep down, Iverelle loves being tall. One of life's few delights for her 🙂↕️

Is your wol short, average, or tall for their race/gender? Do they have any particular thoughts on their height?
