New research from PC3I faculty examines how an EHR-based clinician nudge can improve referral to gynecologic oncology at suspected ovarian cancer.

In this pilot study, referrals increased to 75%, with more patients receiving surgery from gynecologic oncologists and earlier-stage cancers identified.

To help improve the patient experience for pts w/ #hematologic malignancies, PC3I's Catherine Lai, MD, MPH is collecting clinical & patient-reported data related to sexual health.

Implementing the "Penn Cancer Cavalry" to deliver rapid #symptommanagement at home for pts w/ #cancer. Interviews revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback, showing the intervention was safe & effective.
