Mother of 3 debating abandoning her marriage and trying to conceal a huge nosebleed: "right so you just chose the name luna?"

Getting somewhat exhausted by the idea that 'raising awareness' of the harms done to trans people achieves anything other than confirm to the bigots that their tactics are working.

You can have a 𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘦 or a compromise, but not both. They haven't realized the former is off the table/are too shitscared of contagion to settle for the latter

"The best way to deal with this stubborn minority group is to make sure that they can't develop an internal set of elites whose class interests line up with those of the wider society. I am very good at counterinsurgency."
Only one denial of many, but I can never stop thinking about the absolute denial of trans people's talents and ambitions. Just de factor acceptance across too many swathes of society that there should be no trans doctors, lawyers, teachers, politicians, leaders - anyone in industry with any power

Look, futanari are just an indigenous 3rd gender native to internet perverts, they're a very real thing that you disrespect by suggesting trans women have been online and find it a bit weird actually.
GL artists and writers who tag their stuff ftnr but directly interact on friendly terms with the tgirl GL artists and writers enough to be influenced by that culture, trying to synthesize these two things:

The government of South Vietnam treated the peasantry like helots and ruled them through banditry, torture and sexual violence. Hue was a monstrous fuck up by the communists, but that behaviour was business as usual for the state in the south.
I have far less sympathy having seen what the Tet offensive actually did to the people of South Vietnam. The VC were not Nazis, but neither were they particularly concerned with the people they slaughtered:

Again, what do you even say to that
The contribution of abortion clinic bombings to the repeal of Roe vs Wade was less than nothing.

Violent anti-abortion extremists do not "go after high value targets and languish in prison despised by their movement" they do arsons, threats, stalking, physical attacks, take pot shots at soft targets and virtually never get caught
Viet Cong was an actual military in a state conflict, the other three yes, here, have some screenshots

Did the Viet Cong work like this. Did the IRA work like this. Did the antiabortion movement work like this. Did Mandela's ANC work like this.
if you want to be the violent wing your job is to choose high value, universally loathed targets, and to know that your job is to die or languish in prison for a cause that will spit on your name
what do you make of the theory i’ve seen in various places that nonviolence really only works when it has a violent wing to back it up? “how to blow up a pipeline” argues that many successful nonviolent movements had such an arrangement
