People must be far more selective about who they trust for analysis on Russia’s war in Ukraine.

The analysts, politicians, academics, and journalists who insisted in February 2022 that Russia would never attack are hardly reliable now. And there are plenty of them

See how much of the value of the US stock market (and therefore the pension funds of millions of Americans) is predicated on the AI tech bubble. When that pops….

Have been supplied with the supposed prompt. If this is Grok's output, Grok is spewing Russian propaganda.

This bad, very bad, and why self-regulation of AI will never work, especially with a bad actor in the driving seat.

Where is the “defend free speech fight cancel culture!” crew?

Oh right they are too busy fighting for abominable speech to be normalised - and anyone criticising that to be cancelled

Not so much about free speech, more about unchallenged propaganda to sell unhinged hatred and lies ain’t they

If The Times’ political editor didn’t challenge Kemi Badenoch on her banning of @bylinetimes.bsky.social can the newspaper of record just make this simple correction?

Press freedom is apparently sacrosanct when Reform excludes journalists, but negotiable when Badenoch’s own party does. A magnificent display of moral flexibility from someone lecturing others on democratic principles.
The utter shamelessness of Kemi Badenoch boasting at Conservative party conference about 'defending press freedom' and berating Reform for banning critical journalists from their conference, just days after banning Byline Times journalists from her own

Also, we shouldn't allow Swinford or other Times journalists to escape criticism here.

They should be standing up for the right of all journalists to access senior politicians in the Tory party. But rather than challenge Badenoch's free press lie, they just nod along.

“Zionism is racism” is not a policy but a slogan. It compresses a complex history, going back millennia, and a very wide set of beliefs into one narrow meaning. The answer to genocide is not discrimination. We don't fight racism with racism. I’m gutted to see this motion adopted by the Green Party.
