I'll always remember Doug Eddings as the guy who called a third strike on A.J. Pierzynski and then lied about it, flipping a playoff series. Full credit to him for, late in his career, maybe topping that. Have to respect the longevity, the commitment to being terrible at your job for 25 years.

There was a noticeable uptick in ai slop menus and ads this year, but many of the booths with obviously ai signage were amongst the quietest at this food festival attended by 100,000+.
