no one wants to be
unpaid os IT maintainer every few months u debug and fix ur os and avoid stuff

the only edge that bleeds is ur time and sanity

no one cares, the best os is the invisible

first mover advantage also has disadvantages

(extremely hard to be first and unique and everyone learns from ur mistakes)

especially true in software

"think outside the box" is lowkey a dumb advice

first it means nothing in start up or business i much rather hear

"be at the edge of the box (niche)"
