Why the regime lost:

It asked a judge to violate your right to a secret ballot.

Since no such relief lawfully can or should be granted in a free society, there was no redressability, and therefore no standing, Judge Gleason ruled.

Here's the crux of the ruling.

racist use of Black voters as a prop
antizionism as antisemitism
the "electability candidate" campaigning against a Democrat in a general election

A member of Perfecting Church in Detroit is FURIOUS after Mike Rogers appeared alongside Haley Stevens.

“It’s UNCONSCIONABLE! This is CRAZY!”

He says he confronted Stevens after the service: “I’m completely disappointed in you.”

Her response? “I’m sorry.”

It is somehow more damning in my mind that someone is choosing now to align with Donald Trump than before. I'm not sure if that is right, but it's absolutely what I feel. Haley Stevens is done with public life for many reasons, but key among them is that she has shown herself to have no moral core.

Of course this argument would promptly collapse if @patrickhealynyt.bsky.social weren't ignoring the same-last name effort to do this in NV, where if voters are confused their vote is wasted.

1/ This is a strange article. In some ways, it's a diagnostic for what I think truly ails the NYT—not an explicit GOP preference but an almost impenetrable intellectual bubble at the Gray Lady itself w/in wh. traditional elites are "grownups" & challengers on the left are, at best, naive children...
