- Back of Beyond. the scoring structure is basically Balatro

- the card system takes a lot from the tabletop game Dominion

- on-field synergies are inspired by Luck Be a Landlord, but we wanted it to feel like building a village

- Back of Beyond takes place on the Packan Islands, set in the same world as our previous game, Tails of Trainspot.

- Everyone here is an animal. Cats, dogs, bears, birds. (where did all the humans go?)
