Instead, dozens (maybe hundreds) of Cubans were kidnapped and sent to Africa, where they’re being held WITHOUT THEIR PASSPORTS.

The US President's new proposal to tax international students has been approved by the White House for release this week.

It's an unprecedented $100,000 tax on int'l grads who stay to work after graduation on Optional Practical Training (most grads do), a crucial bridge to remaining by any channel.

Its just like the death of popular retail stores like Toys R Us. Initially everyone blamed online shopping but it was really private equity pirates.

Everyone hates these guys as much as they hate data centers. Maybe Democrats could run on stopping them before they plunder every inch of society???
If you think you know why US newspapers died, this feature documentary now streaming for free on PBS might surprise you. It wasn't the Internet. Newspapers were specifically targeted by vulture capitalists.

I composed the score for the film, which features electric cello & Crowfoot guitars.

ICE have sent a resident of St. Paul, Minnesota, to Guantánamo Bay in Cuba, the U.S. naval base notorious for guards torturing imprisoned people, despite the man having no criminal record and being a legal resident of the U.S.

So Colombia’s new right-wing president is proudly making it easier for Colombians to carry guns in the street.

This is the first thing fascists do, is flood the territory with guns.

They’ll do it to Cuba if they ever get the chance.

Stephen Miller mockingly says Haiti is safe and ICE just sent its second deportation flight this month; with kids on board.
