Hot weather can increase the risk of dehydration. Drink regularly and ask your GP or pharmacist for advice if you are unwell or cannot keep fluids down.

If you take spironolactone, dehydration can affect kidney function and potassium. Do not pause medication without advice.

To our allies: we urge you to advocate for evidence-based, compassionate care and amplify the voices of those impacted. Together, we can push for a world where inclusive, evidence-based healthcare is the standard—not the exception. We remain steadfast in our mission to make healthcare accessible, flexible, and safe for our community. While working within regulations, we won’t stop advocating for the care and dignity our community deserves. This isn’t the end of our fight. Our community is strong and resilient.
