Economy minster in the North of Ireland Caoimhe Archibald celebrating economic growth (up 1%), yet we have almost 40% of households in fuel poverty, 19% child poverty... maybe we should focus on the welfare of people - the ends - NOT economic growth - at best an imperfect means to those ends?
