2025 goal, get some of my muscle back - kids are getting older, I have a little more time. wondering, at 57 (almost 58) how this will go. got 185 for 1 on Christmas Day, but just missed 200. Would love to have reps of 225 at some point this year - wondering who wins, age or muscle memory.
