Just Alex Armstrong from GB News doing what any good journalist would do - making up lies to stir up hatred then being called out for it by the police.

Good to hear Burnham say on student loans today: “It’s one to come back to”.
Govt wrong to keep the Plan 2 student loan threshold frozen at £29,385 for three years.

More graduates on low incomes paying a 37% marginal tax rate and no effort to repair a breach of trust.

Halloween has not been cancelled, and dressing up as a GB News presenter is still an option.

You can say no; it’s voluntary, unpaid. Why accept and then outsource the exercise to an LLM? Even if it’s through self-interest, there’s only a marginal professional benefit.
Peer review for journal articles has always been a highly imperfect process—but AI is pushing this already-flawed system to its breaking point, Anna Wexler argues. She explores how this technology may be ruining academic publishing:
The Currency of the Journal Article Is Collapsing
As an editor I can say that we are being flooded with AI-assisted work.

Britain's universities are in freefall. If we go on like this a large number cannot and will not survive. Here's some ideas about how to save them. Clue: abolish the Office for Students immediately.

You've correctly identified the joke, but seem determined to continue arguing with it. I might leave you to that.

I wasn’t suggesting that having a double-barrelled surname disqualifies someone from military service, or indeed from holding opinions about youth unemployment. I hope this clarifies things.

That the Telegraph has a long tradition of publishing articles by people with grand-sounding names who propose simplistic and impractical solutions to complex problems - in this case, for the ‘aimless’ youth. The particular juxtaposition is amusing in this context.
