Correct otherwise Metropolitan areas would control and dictate the whole fucking country. And everyone knows the most populated areas are the most fucked up. Why in God‘s green earth, would I want them deciding the nation.
It was actually a way for all people within a nation have a voice instead of being controlled by certain areas of a nation. It is one of the aspects of our government that cannot be allowed to end. Civil war will ensue.
