somehow in the process, instead of making life easier, AI made it busy. i was constantly thinking about what next, what next, what to feed to the next agent, when to start the next one. it somehow is mentally draining. my laptop is half open all the time.

Never move without a plan.
Starting your day without a clear task list doesn't just waste time-it wastes mental energy deciding what to do next instead of actually doing it.
