When I was 11 I was around the same weight I am today in AUS and went to a few horse riding lessons
Unfortunately my mum would say some unkind things and stopped the lessons
My weight gain ramped up after that and I've never been able to get under 80kg since I was 12. I'm 39 now

Sometimes I get so anxious that I struggle to do anything when I need to pack my luggage for a big trip
