Final rep update: she did call, and she was almost crying at the end but I wasn't mean to her, I swear - she's probably getting a LOT of upset STMs so she's overwhelmed. She was transparent about some staffing things which shone light on the situation, but if the FO can't even properly staff? Bad.

So if anyone's curious: ticket rep update. I called her a week and a half ago and sent an email... she sends a reply today. She's also insisting that she wants to talk on the phone and said she will call next Tuesday. If she doesn't call then I am DEFINITELY going to make her cry.

At this point I don’t even know if I want to go to any remaining matches this year. I’ll go on Decision Day solely because maybe (MAYBE) they’ll put Stef in goal one last time. But this is no longer the team that I fell in love with and is no longer the team that saved my fucking life.
