It is only the second day after the summer break, and my blood is already boiling. I don't know why some reporters and content creators keep piling on the "Williams sucks" narrative. From the start of the year, they have enjoyed beating the dead horse. You would think they'd have enough of it.

I was going to make a joke about JV not appearing in Williams' pictures as usual, but not only does the boss make an appearance, but the race engineers do too. If they keep it up, we might see the pitwall!😉 www.williamsf1.com/articles/823...

In case anyone is wondering about Carlos Sainz's penalty like I was, this article has a good explanation. In short, while Carlos was lapped in the race, due to the specific pitlane layout, he reached the start-finish line sooner than the leader when he pitted. (1/?, 🧵, etc.)

In case anyone is wondering about Carlos Sainz's penalty like I was, this article has a good explanation. In short, while Carlos was lapped in the race, due to the specific pitlane layout, he reached the start-finish line sooner than the leader when he pitted. (1/?, 🧵, etc.)

I called my mum about general updates, including the meet-and-greet. She doesn't know much about F1, so I told her the basics: F1 champion, won 30 years ago, etc.
Mom clearly about to Google: And what is his name?
Me: Damon Hill.
Her: YOU TALKED TO DAMON HILL???
