Meet Henry 👋

Henry brings a love for sports and performance into the way he coaches at Revamp.

Whether he’s working with a young athlete learning the fundamentals or helping someone become stronger and more confident in their movement, his approach goes beyond simply getting through a workout.

“I’m scared I’m going to fall.”

A senior client said this to me recently.

Not because she had already fallen, but because she could feel that her balance wasn’t what it used to be.

Stairs felt different.
Getting up from a low chair took more effort.

When you stop labeling foods as "good" or "bad," making healthy choices becomes a lot less stressful.

Fitness has convinced people that progress should always require MORE.

- Train harder.
- Eat less.
- Add cardio.
- Cut something out.

Meanwhile, the boring stuff that actually works gets ignored because it doesn’t feel dramatic.

Consistency isn’t exciting.
But it’s incredibly effective.

There’s something powerful about sticking with something long enough to see yourself change.

Not overnight.
Not perfectly.

Just little by little, until one day you realize you can do things that once felt out of reach. 💪

Training to failure has its place, but it doesn’t need to define every set.

Use it strategically. The goal is still progress.

One of the biggest mistakes people make with nutrition is thinking they need to copy what they see online. 📱🥗

But what works for someone creating food content every day may not be realistic for someone juggling work, family, training, and everything else life throws at them. 💼

The Average Person
• Does what feels easy
• Sleeps too little
• Avoids discomfort
• Trains inconsistently
• Sits most of the day
• Eats based on convenience
• Chases quick fixes

The High Performer
• Does the opposite consistently.

The effects of alcohol go beyond what happens during a night out.

They can linger into the next day and quietly influence how you feel, perform, and recover.

Still happening. Still outdoors. And yes — still FREE. 🙌

Your introduction to Small Group Training starts here. 💪

If you like the idea of having a coach, a structured workout, guidance, and accountability but don’t necessarily need the 1:1 setting, SGT gives you many of those same benefits while training alongside a small group.

At some point, fitness becomes less about what you see in the mirror and more about what your body allows you to keep doing. 💪

Taking the stairs. Going for a walk. Traveling. Playing with the grandkids. Living life without constantly needing help.

That’s the kind of strength worth building for. 💯

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

It’s easy to keep giving your time and energy to work, family, responsibilities, and everyone around you. But when you constantly put yourself last, eventually there’s not much left to give. 🧘‍♀️

Honored to be recognized by the Boston City Council for our partnership and support of the Alice Taylor Unity Day & Youth Field Day.

For us, fitness has always been about more than what happens inside the gym. It’s also about showing up, creating connections, and helping build stronger communities.

Most cravings aren’t just about hunger.

Sometimes you want food because you’re stressed. Bored. Tired. Anxious. Or because you’ve built a habit around eating at a certain time.
August 14, 2026 at 11:41 AM
More workouts don’t automatically mean better results.

Progress depends on how well the body recovers between sessions.

We spend years investing in our education, careers, and businesses.

The reality is, your body is part of your career.

It influences how you think, how you handle stress, how consistently you show up, and how long you can keep performing at your best.
