Praying today on the feast of St Hildegard of Bingen with John 12- Let us pray 🙏: “Walk in the light while you have it,” you say Jesus. The days are getting shorter and I keep trying to shine my own light. Let me be where I am right now and not anticipate what is ahead. Keep me in Your light, Lord.

Praying today with Job 42- let us pray 🙏: “then the Lord restored the fortunes of Job when he had prayed for his friends.” Well, how about them apples? Nice, tight little ending of the story here Lord! Restore the fortunes of the faithful when we pray for our friends. Keep us keeping on, even now.

Praying today with Job 41- let us pray 🙏: What are we doing here, Lord? Brother Job was trying to reach beyond his grasp, eh? You are God and I am not. Forgive me for trying to wrangle the Leviathan like I made Creation. Make me right-sized this day. You alone are the Lord. You be in charge please.

1) Flock violated the contract immediately by not securing the data. What are the penalties? 2) Half of officer requests did not include a case number. 3) No community complaints were made. Who would know enough about a pilot program to even make a complaint?

Praying today with John 11- let us pray 🙏: O Lord, I need a Savior who weeps for their friends. Who can handle the stink of four days of death. Who can put the gossip of the crowd behind them- because I cannot raise myself from the grave. I cannot remove the stone. Come to all who weep, O Lord.

Praying today with John 11- Let us pray 🙏: O Lord as for me and my house, we are deep in the “what ifs?” What if You had come four days earlier Jesus? What if we had made different choices? What if, what if, what if… Sweet Jesus give me the confidence of Sister Martha to know that resurrection comes

Praying today with John 11- let us pray 🙏: Lord, can we just own that this is a hot mess of a passage? What is going on here? Jesus doesn’t want to drive at night? We are mixing metaphors and I’m confused. I’m banking on You raising us up, so You’d best come thru. Your time is not my time, I see.
