Here's your hi IQ president stating that he will add $1.5 trillion to the treasury of we eliminate trade deficits. Deficits occur when we import more than we export. If we stop trading, we don't get the products we need and don't produce.

Once again, it's a choice between someone really REALLY bad in a lot of different ways, and someone not as good as we hoped, and disappointing in a few ways.
We still have hearts and minds to change for our trans friends, but that will take time. Meanwhile, this is not a hard choice.

A disheartening truth.
Just gonna toss out there that one of the central facts of US politics--all politics, really--is that the general populace knows very little about who holds power, how gov't works, what policies do & don't exist, the balance of economic forces, or really much of anything outside their lifeworlds.
