Never had much interest in #motorcycles till I stumbled across #OffSheGoes by Runa Grydeland of Norway on youtube. Have really enjoyed her adventures on her Husqvarna Norden 901 especially New Zealand and Wales (with #LNRmoto who has a great Namibia trip). Pretty much hooked.

Invasive #surveillance and personal data storage tech comes out of #Alberta Canada. CDN #Privacy Commissioner called out company for using official govt logos to give false impression of govt approval. Creating a database of gay persons that can be searched or seized seems like a bad idea. #LGBT
“Mix is one of at least three bars in the Castro that wheel out the Patronscan kiosk each night to collect the personal data of every customer that comes through the door, including names, addresses, genders, and even how they behave inside the bar.”
Why do these Castro gay bars have TSA-style face scanners?
A handful of neighborhood bars have installed facial recognition devices that collect and share customers’ names, addresses, genders, and indiscretions with each other

The state of train travel in Canada around the Toronto area. So probably GoTrain or VIA. Imagine this on a high speed rail line they want to build.
Pro: there is a little bathroom on the train
Con: I now know what it’s like to be inside a rock tumbler

Now they want to ARREST us if they don’t approve of what we are WEARING, the misogyny does not stop
Media needs to stop with "critics say" and just quote the actual language of the bill.
HB 249 creates a new category of "seminudity" which can be used to arrest women who aren't nude, but are wearing clothing — leggings, t-shirts without bras — that religious groups feel is too provocative.

🔴 Those who are out & proud
🟠 Those who are not out yet (or maybe ever)
🟡 Folks still "figuring things out"
🟢 Folks who have "always known"
🔵 People trying out new labels or ways of being
🟣 People in transitionary periods
⚪️ Those being loud and proud activists
