Peony’s on Day 7 of learning to trust water again.
Someone in his past used it to punish him. 🤨 so we’re rebuilding that trust,
He didn’t bathe today, but he stood on the edge, grabbed a treat, and sat in my lap to self-soothe.
That’s more than enough.

Jerry wasn’t always treat motivated. It’s only come with age. Since his ring has come in he has really started to pay more attention to cues and what we are asking of him. Not that he always cares or listens but the right treat usually helps.
