I’m not sure what scares me more: Mike Grier trading away Eklund thinking it would land him Bowen Byram or swapping Eklund to actually select at #9.
If we don’t trade that pick for a D-man before Friday evening I’m going to be very upset

Really disappointing result for the Sharks last night after being up 3-0 late. A win against a top 5 offense in Edmonton, on the road, would have been maybe their best performance of the season. You learn some lessons (like maybe get 71 on the ice in OT) and move on

Incredible (three) ending(s). 8/10 movie. We need more slapstick movies based on board games. I’m thinking like a Dr. Strangelove-esque ‘Risk’ movie. A ‘Guess Who?’ movie as an 80 person whodunnit. A hacker thriller based on ‘Password.’ Unfortunately Battleship (2012) killed the genre forever

Way better second period so far for the Sharks. They’re going the blue collar route, getting pucks deep, forechecking hard, just making life difficult for Utah. Eklund is also looking smooth as hell with the puck on his stick

This Sharks team looks terrible, possibly worse than last year. They’re just chasing the puck all game, and once they get it, they almost always give it away
