New starter motor installed in my little Mazda 323, to think the auto electrician was going to charge the hourly rate of $140 for something that took me only 35 minutes and that included starting the car and letting it warm up once installed.

Had to laugh at my 2nd eldest daughter tonight, she told me her son is pushing the boundaries with her & lying to her even when she catches him doing something like on his phone last night when he was meant to be sleeping & I said ohhhh so like how you use to lie to me when caught red handed lol 🤣

This was my last proper nightscape from way back in July 2024, I did do a half interested one in October with comet A3 tsuchinshan-atlas but only in the back paddock as a single shot opposed to stacked

Last yr my cousin Ray passed away from cancer, a couple of months ago his sister April passed away from a very long cancer battle and today their dad (my dads brother) has passed away. Such a shit 15 months 😔

Can't believe i turn 55 on Friday, I should be making it a big party because i didn't have one for 50 due to covid lock downs but I'll settle for the day with my mum doing our usual weekly(normally a Thursday but she asked to swap, i wonder why lol)morning coffee at my mates shop then shopping.

Thought it was time to pull the cruiser out of the shed and give it a clean ready to Start using it again and get some fitness back as well as lose some weight, tyres still need inflating more but my little compressor pump that runs off car cigarette lighter died during use. Pinstripes by me btw 😁👍

So I have hypothyroidism and have to see a specialist, and wife has high cholesterol and has to have all relevant heart tests including a 24 hour monitor on her chest and then a stress echo

For anyone wanting to know
Use a skewer to Poke a few holes in large potatoes(roughly fist size per person) spray with canola oil or similar, sprinkle garlic salt & some mixed herbs & wrap in aluminium foil, put in preheated oven at 160c & leave for 2 hours. Fry other ingredients with 20 mins to go

The lady mum plays cards with rang me today and then i got her to ring the ambulance, I ended up meeting mum and the ambulance at the hospital at 3pm where they're running tes5s to see why she got hot(but hands were cold) and almost fainted

Just had scumbags in a car drive down the driveway of our neighbour across the road, turned in & turned lights off & then took off fast when I put the light of our security camera on that faces the road. I got out of bed & went out with my torch & he came out of his house too thinking i was them lol

Big wedge-tail eagle in the back paddock eating possibly a dead lamb, I Zoomed all the way in with my phone to at least capture it until I got inside and grabbed my camera but it was gone by time I got back outside 😔
