That takes a bunch of work to get there, with the biggest part being accurate detection. Constantly calculating toxicity scores for every quote post, reply, and mention allows you to roll those up to the user level. The worst of the worst we can suspend. The rest though is a bigger question.

Cannot put into words how frustrating it is to hear people say "this is my escape from politics, so I don't want to see politics here." It is an immense privileges if you can "escape" politics. People whose entire identities are politicized just by how they look do not have the same benefit.
