i-485 receipt says "processing time 14.5 months," case is at month 19, status still "case received." anyone know if calling the uscis line ever actually moves it or is that just a thing people do to feel better

sighisoara now, but the plan had biertan as a quick stop off dn14 — turned out the "off the main road" part meant twelve minutes of gravel each way, so quick became something else, and the church was worth it anyway.
