🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotland’s future in our hands, or his?

Nigel Farage wants energy-rich Scotland to become poorer by taking away vital support like free prescriptions and free tuition. And he has openly discussed privatising the NHS.

Only the SNP can beat him in Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse on 5th June.
😍 A historic night for Heart of Midlothian Football Club as they qualify for the UEFA Conference League.

Down to 10 men, away from home, over 120 minutes, and against UEFA’s 74th-ranked team.

For perspective, Celtic’s collapse was against LASK, ranked 99th.

That’s how it’s done. Heroes.

It sounds far-fetched, but the story starts in Dingwall, in the Scottish Highlands.

We stood on an election pledge to devolve energy powers to Scotland.

We won the election.

So when will Labour listen?

There must be quite a history of Scots in the Argentine. RB Cunningham Grahame, Don Roberto, spent much time there too, and apparently sourced horses there for use in European battlefields during WW1.

Humans have existed for ~300,000 years. For almost all of that time, life expectancy at birth was just 20–35 years. In 1800 the global average was still only 29. Today it’s around 73. The greatest leap in human survival happened not over millennia, but in the last 150 years.

Edinburgh is west of Manchester.
Liverpool is north of Dublin.
Bristol is east of Edinburgh.
Shetland is closer to Norway than London.

This was my original story on this, revealing Labour insiders would rely on Reform to vote in Anas Sarwar as first Minister if the numbers stack up.
EXCL: Scottish Labour has plotted a route to put Anas Sarwar in Bute House. It involves Reform playing a part and Labour having the "moral mandate" to govern. It will also still need a big shift in the polls which hasn't looked like happening.

The greatest irony of our time is that we have an abundance of resources/energy to sustain our planet, yet our economic system - reinforced by imperialism and some political leaders, makes abundance feel scarce and impossible. That is what’s driving the climate/ecological crisis.

Anas Sarwar and Labour have been caught making up a quote and attributing it to a person who did not give their permission on one of their campaign leaflets. Extraordinary to not get the basics right. hellorayo.co.uk/clyde/local/...
