How much more do the ordinary football fans have to tolerate? If “Hydration Breaks” weren’t bad enough because how dare a game last 45 mins without breaks. We now have FIFA changing their own rules at the bequest of someone who from their own mouths admitted they don’t know the rules. #gamesgone
