Aside from the naked imperialism here, and cash grab, he admits it’s a war. A war without UN or congressional approval. A war which Rubio denied was a war and claimed was a law enforcement action. Trump as ever undermines his own people’s claims. It was a war. An illegal imperial one.

The first one here is obviously 😬 but the last one is a good example of an underappreciated element of polling: If people know they shouldn’t really say the thing they want to say, they will often say they don’t know.
