As an expert on this topic, I know of no cases anywhere in which AI was key to preventing a school shooting. In fact, I am 605% sure this is another instance of Kash Patel spouting BS stats on Fox News. (Maybe he should just chug a beer on air? As Trump’s former press sec tries to look serious?) 🤡🤡

As an expert on this topic, I know of no cases anywhere in which AI was key to preventing a school shooting. In fact, I am 605% sure this is another instance of Kash Patel spouting BS stats on Fox News. (Maybe he should just chug a beer on air? As Trump’s former press sec tries to look serious?) 🤡🤡

This is set up for laughs, but it’s actually one of the best demonstrations I’ve seen of how being capable of producing convincing sounding language and understanding meaning are two completely different things.

An agent from HSI—the criminal investigation arm of ICE—shot and killed a young man in May while responding to a local 911 call as part of Trump’s ‘Memphis Safe Task Force.’ The call had nothing to do with immigration.

Jonah Neal, 25, was struck by a Homeland Security Investigations agent in May. There have been at least four deadly shootings related to the task force.
