I designed Serene with summer in mind, using a light fingering weight wool-linen blend from Kalevalanka (gifted for designing by Severske Vlneni ). But if I'm honest, I'm a bit tempted to make a woollier version as well🤭 Maybe later!

I needed to cast on a little comfort project. I've also needed a more spring-time appropriate headband, so that's what I went for.

Picked one of my favourite lace motifs, a silk-blend yarn and cast on. I'm sure this will do the trick🖤

I usually tend to design things that don't require you to look at the chart all the time, but this one definitely needs a bit of attention. Sometimes it's good to just immerse yourself in your knitting.
