it was a great way to discover music..7&dj all around the world,,. i was using it up until a few years ago.. it eventually stopped working..
So I just had a bath for the first time since July 31st!! I have a bath over a shower & I haven't been able to shower/bathe there due to my mobility issues/so first non-apc wash for months.. successfully got into the bath & out without injury... this feels so luxurious!! #sciaticalife

Learning to walk again on crutches after 2x months of sciatica & a hip tear pain,I somehow burnt my lower back with a hot water bottle (healing sciatica moves to lower back).. so now I have blisters on my lower back which is area I need to do all my exercises on ..drr.. drr. drr...#waytokeentoheal

Have to share/I was in my local international foods shop tonight..there was a woman talking to her support worker on her phone whilst holding an animal carrier which supposedly contained her emotional support turtle/I didn't hang around long enough to see if the turtle was real or not/#innercitylife

Love this time of the year.. on my lunch time walk I get to bring back Jasmine sprigs to put on my desk.. the smell reminds me of Lily Joy my dear departed mother who would race outside to cuts sprigs so that I had flowers for my desk at primary school.. I find myself smiling without knowing why...

this tired cliche of genius /mental illness is very boring.. it is all hard work & some talent if you are lucky.. Drake obviously did the hard yards.. never identify yourself or anyone else by an illness, mental or otherwise...totally agree with this article...
