We are really pleased to see Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust launch their Medic EDI Charter today.

There are successful, progressive careers to be had for doctors outside of rotational training. However, we have to decide as a profession to make it normal for all, and the NHS has to stop behaving like a 'gig economy' employer.
