also re: this recent "crashout" I'm actually doing so much better ASDKJFSAKJA I got medicated and am being far more outgoing & kinder to myself! It just pisses me off that looking back, I can see how clearly it ruined my younger years in a way that's hard to explain due to this subconscious wording.

we need a new word for anxiety. fr being anxious is way too common a term; i'm not one of those people who like to judge usage of terms like depression or OCD or anxiety, i think there's a point where you just accept you lost the word bc public usage is so frequent
