Im at a point where I NEED to take something for my anxiety. My heart is pounding from fear of the storm coming and I can't focus on my work.. locking myself in the bathroom helps, but I can't stay in there forever 😓

I'm so over summer... My state shouldn't be having tornados..and because it is, I'm having so many panic attacks.
