Constitutions became necessary in many parts of the world beyond a certain point and helped streamline many things, universal sentience reform is a voluntary, gamefree and empowering constitution among global states and lobbies - with a bridge for masses. Inshallah it will work

Khair what I did 2.5 years was try to get a working foundation and raise awareness which was till phase 1.5/99 now I learn on ground skills to see what I can begin to execute inshaAllah, I continue unfunded + unaffiliated by choice for complete transparency

I dont joke, unrealistic but possible does not equal impossible. Universal sentience reform incorporates (or sth else that works as collective responsible upgradation) streamlining an AI singularity, keeping their hegemony, reducing their policy error gaps, world wars may happen too but one day iA
