Took this pic of fall decorations to send to my sister. Didn't see the photobomb until she responded with "I ❤️ Otis."

Ohio farmers work too hard to watch their hard work get swallowed by rising costs.

When diesel in Ohio is nearly $7 a gallon, it costs more to get food to our tables.

As governor, my number one priority will be bringing costs down for everyone, including our farmers.

Dolly Parton rose from poverty to stardom. She gave $500 to every student in her hometown who finished high school; she built hospitals & bald eagle preserves; her Imagination Library has gifted 300 million books to children. Roger Ebert met her and came away thinking she was a literal angel. RIP.

Enough “what would you do on the commune questions”

Teachers can barely afford to provide their students with school supplies, but I’m sure forced transition surgeries are totally happening.
Education Secretary Linda McMahon and Maria Bartiromo push complete BS about public schools secretly making kids trans without the knowledge of their parents. McMahon says she's doing a number of investigations about it.

I shared an incident on FB involving a close call with a car while riding my bike. Saddened by all the responses that said “We don’t ride because it’s not safe.” I live in a small town. It shouldn’t be this way.

Ohioans deserve leaders who exercise good judgment and who put integrity first.

Which is why I find it appalling that Vivek Ramaswamy accepted over $10,000 from Andrew Havas, a man who served jail time following allegations of sexual misconduct involving a minor.

Are the networks going to carry this Thursday speech that all reports indicate will be one giant lie?

In Ohio, we have 11 rural hospitals currently on the verge of collapse, moms who have to drive up to an hour to give birth, and millions of Ohioans dropping their healthcare coverage because they just can’t afford it.

Public schools saved my life — and continue to enrich the lives of millions of students all across Ohio. That’s why I’ll fully fund our schools to ensure all Ohio kids get the quality, 21st century education they need to thrive.

It's tragically appropriate that we spent a whole generation telling students that the humanities were moribund, and they should all study STEM, only for the greatest innovations in STEM to prove why the humanities were so essential all along.

You may have heard about the OMB rule change that will put politics over federal grants. However bad you think it is? It's probably worse. Thanks to @theverge.com for letting me report this one out.

There is still time to comment.

New paper in Nature. The more a government controls its domestic media, the more it dominates AI training data, the more pro-regime outputs we get from AI. By scraping the open web, LLMs are unwittingly laundering state-coordinated narratives into seemingly objective answers.
