The illustrator doesn’t illustrate the book. An illustrator adds to the story. An illustrator adds the level of emotion. An illustrator adds the colour. ~ Mem Fox

Thrilled to death! MONSTER MANNERS A to Z just received a positive review from Kirkus Reviews!

They called it:
👇👇👇
“Fang-tastic fare for young monsters.”

Huge thanks to the incredible illustrator, Yana Kozak, for bringing these mannerly monsters to life!

Well, I’ve been released back into the pond from my agent. I’m now seeking new literary representation.

I’m feeling a bit deflated and uneasy about my future in this industry, but tomorrow is another #portfolioday and I will keep trying.

Have you ever watched a bad movie as a kid and knew even then that it was bad, and somehow it still ends up on your watchlist, so you watch it again, and yep…it’s still bad?

Anyway, I watched A Kid in Aladdin’s Palace.
