Thanks Bulbasaur for the suggestion! Took me a while to get the coloring for the ruffles right, but some clipping masks and blur made it turn out really well. I love the colors of this dress.

This one was pretty daunting, and took me a while to get right. Still, it’s a breathtaking design, I adore it so much. I guess the more I like an outfit the harder it is to draw.
