Each year I gather with friends for our winter solstice celebration: drinking wassail, burning the Yule log, sharing a meal, and honoring traditions older than memory. Like our ancestors, we pause in the quiet purpose of winter: to rest, to reflect, to release what no longer serves us. #Yule 🌑🔥

My day in photos: wore a cute dress that I love, stocked up on supplies for the snow storm, the neighbor dog greeted me as I pulled into my drive way (he was there for treats), and my “witch brew” to combat the covid germs I was exposed to all week.
