“excellent research… charismatic delivery… comedy… with a little vicarious thrill of terror” say @bristol247.bsky.social
As Mary Shelley wrote Frankenstein by Bath's Pump Room, her stepsister Claire Clairmont gave birth to Lord Byron's illegitimate child nearby.

THE FRANKENSTEIN EXPERIENCE, with House of Frankenstein, takes you there.

And now here's @lesleymcdowell.bsky.social's CLAIRMONT

Had such a brilliant time at Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein in Bath!

It offers a multi-sensory journey through Mary Shelley’s life including her time in Bath where she wrote the famous Frankenstein & her relationships with Percy Shelley & Lord Byron.

It's immersive, eerie & so much fun!

Went on the @showofstrength.org.uk Kings and Commoners in @Keynsham - Theatre Walk yesterday and learnt so much about this wonderful place. It's many links to royalty as well as a witch and a comedian. Great fun, even if it was very windy.
