I think the thing about tribute.wmv that sticks in my head, that's so prescient, is that Enya opening. Bodies were still being dug up and the reporting was maudlin, so over-the-top with sorrow, and those Enya notes really encapsulated it.

"Pale Moonlight" and "Measure of a Man," despite being the most thought-provoking episodes in each of the 7-year runs of god-tier sci-fi shows never provoked as much discourse combined as this one episode of a much, much worse show. Who can say if VOY was good or bad?
