Started Elegy for a river by Tom Moorhouse this morning…..just finished it. What an incredible book, and the last chapter had me (metaphorically, I am British) wanting to clap and bang the table in support.

#TheBestWayToEatGumbo is not something I’m over educated about but I would say the best way to eat gumbo is very similar to the best way to eat the Welsh dish Cawl and the best way to eat that is um something I’m not sure about! Spoon possibly, or you might fancy a fork? (Careful how you say that)
