Ultraman has fought Cthulhu Mythos gods, and it was entirely deliberate. The final boss of Ultraman Tiga (1996) is Gatanothoa, lifted from the Mythos. Ultraman Gaia has byakhee. Ultraman Nexus has one simply called Cthulhu. A thread🐙(Tomomi)
