Things I learned today about paddleboarding: (1) it is a lot harder than it looks, and (2) I totally get why people are into it. I don't actually much like being near the water (I am not a strong swimmer), but this was so peaceful and serene. 10/10. Will go again.

It was so awesome seeing the Canadian Forces Snowbirds over Edmonton today. Grateful that I got to see the CT-114 Tutor Jets one more time before they are retired. I sure wish they had done a couple more passes, though.

The DTOUR channel has been airing the #WestWing -- two episodes every weekday. I watched the entire run when it came out, watched is again in re-runs, have the entire DVD set and have watched those a couple times. But it has been years since I watched, and I had forgotten just how good this show is.
