Trump on Venezuela: "Getting land, oil rights, whatever we had -- they took it away because we had a president that maybe wasn't watching. But they're not gonna do that. We want it back. They took our oil rights. We had a lot of oil there. They threw our companies out. And we want it back."

Voting shouldn’t require an obstacle course, a law degree and three hours of free time. Make voting harder, purge the rolls, close polling places, then call it “election integrity.” Funny how the obstacles always seem to land on the same voters. #VotingRights

Socialism is what they called social security.

Socialism is what they called the growth of free and independent labor organizations.

There’s a reason Dr. King's historic August 28, 1963 rally was called “The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.”

As he warned the nation, "We all too often have socialism for the rich and rugged free market capitalism for the poor."

Real freedom requires economic freedom for all.

The 1963 March on Washington wasn’t just about civil rights.

It was also about economic prosperity.

In the words of MLK, “what does it profit a man to sit at an integrated lunch counter if he can’t afford the meal?”
