I just now remembered SEKAI is the name of a CeVIO voicebank LOL, I was just reusing the name I gave her as a 14 y/o child

While going through my old hard drive, I found a very incomplete voicebank I recorded in 2016 that had only 5 singular vowel samples.
Using Vincen-oto as a base, I utilized Vocoflex to make a CV-VV voicebank with those samples!
